Description
Reticulated Python from Taronga Zoo in Sydney. They are the world's longest snakes and longest reptiles and among the three heaviest snakes. Like all pythons, they are nonvenomous constrictors and normally not considered dangerous to humans. Although large specimens are powerful enough to kill an adult human, attacks are only occasionally reported. They come from South East Asia. This pic was taken at Sydney Taronga Zoo.

Wonderful Capture Miroslava. What lovely colors in this python. You did a masterful job capturing this beauty. LOL :) I just heard that in my own head. LOL Capturing a photograph, I am sure you had no intention of actually capturing it with bare hands. :) Beautiful photographic work!

Lol, I see what you mean about the capture, I actually was terrified of snakes, and then one day at a wild park I have volunteer, I got told to close my eyes and put my hands out and they put a huge python over my shoulder and hands, I actually love the feel of the snake and have no problem touching them now, still was nervous when his head came towards me, lol. Thank you !! :)
