Description
The Australian inland taipan is the most venomous snake in the world. It lives in remote areas and feeds mostly on rats !
Single bite could kill 125 000 mice, 100 humans and 10 elephants. Its venom, drop for drop, is by far the most toxic of any snake – much more so than even sea snakes. It strikes instantly with extreme accuracy !
I got this pic in Wildlife sanctuary in Darling harbour from behind the glass !!!

He's a quite beautiful snake, but I prefer he stays behind the glass. Fabulous capture.

Outstanding capture of this very dangerous snake, Miroslava! I would not have wanted to get even this close, behind glass or not, to this snake, or any others! L/F
