Paul, who joined the Sydney Symphony Orchestra as Associate Principal Trumpet 30 years ago, says that St. Mary's Cathedral's vast size and soaring ceilings will enable the musicians and choir to capture the "glorious setting and wonderful spatial effects that were so unique to the music of Venice in the early 17th Century."
