Majestic beauty of La Perouse Point at Botany Bay, Sydney, Australia.
La Perouse Point was named after the French explorer Jean François de Galaup, Comte de La Pérouse (1741–?1788) who arrived to Australia soon after First Fleet. We know they landed somewhere near this point when they arrive to Botany Bay. They spend in Australia few months and after they repair their ships, got plenty of wood and water, they left, never to be seen again. The ultimate fate of La Perouse remains unknown to this day.
