Description
In 1900s fashion accessories were very important, especially in higher society.
The most important accessory was the hat which was decorated with feathers, ribbons and sometimes even stuffed birds or small animals.
The shoes were high-heeled and pointed out from beneath the skirt. Elaborate jewels provided additional glamour.
This picture was taken at Spirit of Anzac exhibition in Sydney . The first section is life in Australia before WW1 (1914) and after 1901, when Australia was form as a federation and self ruling country.

🌼Miroslava🌼 you created a great imaginative and different fashion-photo - from an likewise quite different era, but (to me), it is also a bit spooky with her eyeless, blank face. 🙂

Very colorful, and an interesting glimpse of the high society life back in the day! Great shot, Miroslava! L/F
