Description
The Ibis took of right in front of me, possibly bec the little brown duck was approaching or he just wanted to go to his place were the others were.
Also meant to mentioned that during the breeding season the small patch of skin on the under-surface of the wing changes from dull pink to dark scarlet.
Females differ from males by being slightly smaller, with shorter bills.
This is one of the Centennial park ponds in Sydney.
